A summer hello to everybody! I'm finally getting my workshop list finalized after a recent move from my home of over 33 years! I am now safely installed in a beautiful home with much less maintenance - but I do miss my trees and my shade! Thanks to those who have waited patiently for so long! I will be scheduling a workshop for total beginners soon-probably in the Hutchinson Minnesota area. Let me know if you want to be one of the first to be notified! September 28-29 (with Optional 30th)
Watercolor Workshop, 9:00-4:30 each day Location: Cottage House Inn Meeting Room, Enjoy an autumn get-away in beautiful Lanesboro Minnesota!Cost: $150. Class is for those with some watercolor experience. Using simple principles of watercolor, each artist will see, understand, and apply methods that will improve their work. You will go home with greater confidence in your skills.
(*Optional -plein air (outdoor painting) workshop- 8:30-12noon Sept 30, cost $40- this is open only to those who have registered for the 2 day class)

Unstuck in the Mud! Sometimes our colors overwhelm us and seem to get "muddy". The emphasis in this class will be on color-how to use it, have fun with it, use the "mud" to our advantage and give us more confidence and variety in out paintings.Cost:$150, 9:00-4:00 each day. Watercolor - Keep It Simple!Cost: $85, 9:00-4:30, Arts Center of St. Peter, 315 S. Minn. Ave, St. Peter, MN. Registration begins Aug. 16, online (Visa/MC) at www.stpetercommunityedonline.com, by phone 507-934-3048 or download a mail-in registration form online at www.artscentersp.org after the first week in August. A new location this year-I am excited to be involved with this wonderful center!
